Moodlog

Terms of Use

Effective September 30, 2026

1. Using Moodlog

By downloading or using Moodlog you agree to these terms. If you download Moodlog from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

2. Not medical advice

Moodlog is a journaling and self-reflection tool. Insights, answers and forecasts are based only on what you log and are not medical, psychological or professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.

3. Your content

Your journal belongs to you. You're responsible for keeping your device, backups and recovery phrase safe. Because synced data is end-to-end encrypted, we can't recover it if you lose your recovery phrase and all your devices.

4. Moodlog Pro

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt our systems, reverse engineer the sync service or use Moodlog for anything unlawful.

6. Availability

We work to keep Moodlog and its sync service available, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Your journal always remains on your device even if sync is unavailable.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Moodlog is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Moodlog Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Ending use

You can stop using Moodlog and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
